highly creative food.
Japanese chef Hiroyuki Hiramatsu has started a buzz
with his nine-table restaurant on the Ile St-Louis.
The menu consists of contemporary interpretations of
French haute cuisine with some Japanese influences,
exemplified by dishes like the raw pigeon breast, savoy
cabbage and foie gras (poached tableside) salad.
