chef, Tetsuya Wakuda is a maestro of his craft. He has
cooked all over the world and impressed palates everywhere.
His award winning restaurant is a fusion of French and
Japanese and offers a single degustation menu for lunch
(eight courses) and dinner (12 courses). The menu changes
from time to time and offers such specialties as slow-cooked
trout, seared scallops, venison and quail.
