Crown Village restaurant is a warm and welcoming jewel, decorated with Moroccan lamps, rugs and ceramics. Here you can enjoy traditional dishes such as tajins and couscous or choose from among many dishes with a more European influence. Vegetarian options are also plentiful. For the finishing touch to your meal, Moroccan mint tea, poured from a traditional silver teapot with one of our homemade Moroccan desserts.

In 1991, Eli Vaknine arrived from Israel and opened his first restaurant in the East Village. The recipes for the traditional Moroccan dishes came straight from his mother's kitchen and she was instrumental in fine-tuning many of the dishes!

Crown Village features every Monday live Moroccan Music in our Moroccan tent with Groupe Rabab and our unlimited Tajin & Couscous Buffet from 6:30 - 10:00 for 19.95 per person (plus tax & gratuity). The menu changes weekly and includes salads, tajins and couscous. You are also welcome to order from our regular menu.

All food is strictly Glatt Kosher and under the supervision of the Kof-K.

The restaurant offers catering for casual "drop-off" events and full-service catering for large celebrations. The options are plentiful and you can select from either our Cholev Israel (dairy) or Glatt Kosher (meat) menus. If you prefer a specific cuisine, the chefs can prepare Moroccan, Italian, Asian, Mexican and French menus.

Moroccan tent offers a beautiful setting for private event or celebration. Choose from among the Prix-Fixe dinner, brunch or reception menus with your choice of buffet, family-style or service to the table.
