chandeliers, green velvet walls and cozy tables. Owned
by one of the most prominent caviar importers in the world,
this place offers eclectic fine dishes such as Maine oysters
with beluga and sake and miniature lobster profiteroles
stuffed with sweet tail meat. To wash it all down, choose

and comfortable booths. Caviarteria presents its extraordinary
menu with in a plain and simple setting.
The caviar sampler is great; a quarter-ounce
each of sevruga, osetra and beluga with creme fraiche
and toast points. Reasonable domestic caviars include
American sturgeon caspian style and the orange Carolina
trout roe, accompanied by buckweat blinis. Smoked salmon,
amazing Kobe beef carpaccio and tasting platters with
foie gras and exotic wild boar are also worth a try.
